This company and it's owner Mr. Tevel Bennoon are nothing but scam artist who will try to extort you for everything they can and you will not see your things again because they will auction your household goods without legal authorization. You can't even take this company to court because they will disappear into the night and start up with a new name. I have never received my household goods from this company. I just want everyone out there to understand how dangerous and corrupt this company is. Rent a truck and drive it yourself. this place is the worst place ever they dont know what they doing. they told us it takes them 5 days but our stuff arrived almost 4 weeks later. our furniture was scratched glass was broken etc. they came here with the wrong furniture, anyways never use the company it is a nightmare

They expect you to change around your moving schedule to accommodate their crappy planning. Every time they would give me a date of pickup they would change it the next day.. and they wouldn't call me to let me know, they waited until I called them. I don't recommend these blood-money suckers to any one out there. If you are hiring these guys... just watch out! Here is why:
1) Inacurate in estimate - underestimated my load and on purpose. So that they can make more money on the load above estimate. They quoted me for 7000lbs and my load was 10000lbs. They make double money on the remaining 3000lbs as over load.
2) Very Untimely Pickup: They scheduled the pickup for 26th June and didn't show up until June30th. We kept waiting and waiting and phone calls were never answered properly or calls returned.
3) Delivery time- off the chart!: Initially they said that the delivery would be done in 5 business days and maximum by 1week. Here we are 3weeks after pickup without our stuff with 2 young kids under 2 no toys, no bedding, nothing - all our stuff is in the truck.
4) Customer Service: Very Very bad. Horrific!!! Calls never answered properly. Calls never returned. Very Very impolite talking to customers. For Heaven's sake, we are your customers. You are not doing any free service. Talk and give respect to people. The owner is even more rude. He even hangs up phone on you any time you call and ask any question.
People, don't buy into their (initially seeming low cost estimate). They'll rip you off!!!
DO NOT USE!!!! Ended up ripping us off with our pool table and charging an extra bulk fee even though binding quote! Original estimate $2066 but ended up more than doubling to $4400! We did get our items back because we paid the ridiculous amount but items were badly damaged and things were missing (like the felt to our pool table) Very poor business customer service. The manager Travis is a joke. He would never actually call me back and then he put me on hold for 2 seconds and said he spoke to his boss Tevel and there is nothing they can do that that is the amount. I wish I saw these reviews before we chose this company because it is a big fraud!!! You do not get anywhere with them either when it comes to trying to get some money back. I have thousands of dollars worth of items damaged and even the claims dept. to turn in the damages is a joke! STAY AWAY!. Unless you are just moving blankets and pillows (things that cannot be damaged or you do not care about!) I would give them negative stars if I could. Just warning as many people as possible to STAY CLEAR of this company.
