Here's the complaint record for Apple Movers from the US DoT

Via the Protect Your Move website, it becomes readily apparent that Apple Movers receives a large number of complaints given its small size. With only one truck to its name, the company has managed to rack up 12 complaints through the last week of August of this year. That takes some talent. As to the nature of the complaints, they run the gamut including issues with discrepancies between estimates and final charges, holding customers' items hostage, weighting, pickup and delivery problems, loss and damage, and lack of proper documentation. Like the other companies run by Tevel Bennoon, Apple Movers' performance is absolutely pathetic if not outright criminal.
