Complaint, Damages, Late Delivery

Here's another satisfied customer:

Was loaded on 4/15 and the movers finally arrived here on 5/2; however the contract reads within 14 days, but this is actually 17 days. I was not present for the intial certified weight nor was I there for the final. No need to be if not there for the first. And I happen to know that this move was exactly the same as it was on our last move made by a competitor. Furthermore, the driver dumped his helpers off and was gone until about 15 minutes before they finished loading, which took almost 10 hours and the other company took only six. Also, a lot of things were not even blanketed or packed. Pictures that were damaged are family pictures and can not be replaced. I took photos and the driver and his helper that delivered were shown the damage. All in all this company will not get any referrals from me and I would not recommend that you use them.
